Event Dates are not guaranteed or held without a contract and the 25% of the total amount package as deposit fee. Lodging is required for far away locations with services starting before 5:00am. Hotel Parking Rate Fees will be charged to the contract or hotel room charge on the day of the event, if a parking fee is required. Remaining payment balances are due two weeks before the event date or on the day of the event by cash or check. Cancellations shall be made through a call and shall be confirmed via email for documenation and capturing the date for refund computation. Cancellation more than 90 days before the date of the event is refundable by 90% of the deposit amount; 89- 60 days before the date of the event is refundable by 75% of the deposit amount; 59-15 days before the date of the event is refundable by 40% of the deposit amount; and 14-7 days before the date of the event is refundable by 25% of the deposit amount.
